10. Safety with resins and materials

This content does not replace professional judgment or reading each manufacturer’s safety data sheets (SDS). Epoxy and UV resins, their hardeners, pigments and solvents can cause irritation, skin sensitization or allergic reactions. Work in a well-ventilated space, wear gloves and suitable protection, follow the amounts and times the manufacturer specifies, and keep materials out of reach of children and pets. Silica gel is not edible.

This Refund policy sets out the conditions that apply to purchases made from Fiorenza™.

1. 14-day guarantee

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase. If within that period the course does not live up to your expectations, you can request a full refund by writing through the contact channels available in the store, giving your full name, the email address used for the purchase and the order date. You do not have to justify your request.

2. Right of withdrawal

Under the consumer protection rules that apply in the buyer’s country (in the European Union, Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers have 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal. Because this is digital content delivered with instant access, express consent to immediate delivery is requested at the time of purchase. In every case, the commercial guarantee described in point 1 is granted by Fiorenza™ in addition to whatever the law provides.

3. Nature of the products

Fiorenza™ sells digital products delivered electronically, such as courses, ebooks, PDF guides, downloadable resources and educational materials. Because they are digital, these products cannot be physically returned.

4. Always refundable cases

Regardless of the period above, we always refund: a verifiable technical error that prevented access to the product purchased; delivery of a product other than the one purchased due to a system error; a verifiable duplicate charge; a demonstrable billing error.

5. Access problems

If you have technical trouble accessing the material you bought, contact our support. In most cases we will prioritize fixing your access before considering a refund.

6. How to request a refund

Requests should be sent through the contact channels available in the store, giving your full name, the email address used for the purchase, the order date, the product purchased and a description of the problem.

7. Response times

Estimated response time is 24 to 48 business hours. Once approved, the refund is issued to the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days.
